1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The product is unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories (e.g., manuals, cables, warranty cards).
  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, unless defective or damaged on arrival:

  • Opened software or downloadable products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Consumables such as batteries, unless faulty.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at customerservices@vividstorm.eu with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (for damaged or defective items).
  2. Our support team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions if approved.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, or product arrived damaged).

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will offer an exchange or replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If your product arrives damaged or not working properly:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery).
  • Include clear photos or a video showing the issue.
  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund based on the situation.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account.
  2. Contact your payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
