1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you may request a return under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The product is unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories (e.g., manuals, cables, warranty cards).
- A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned, unless defective or damaged on arrival:
- Opened software or downloadable products.
- Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Consumables such as batteries, unless faulty.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at customerservices@vividstorm.eu with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (for damaged or defective items).
- Our support team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions if approved.
- Ship the item to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, or product arrived damaged).
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will offer an exchange or replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or not working properly:
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery).
- Include clear photos or a video showing the issue.
- We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund based on the situation.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:
- Check your bank or credit card account.
- Contact your payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
