Pre-sales

If you are considering buying a ‘Vividstorm ALR Electric Tensioned Floor Screen’ for your home and need advice, please get in touch via email. 

We can advise on:

• Dimensions and room placement 
• Choice of projector 
• Cabinet or furniture 
• Surround sound speaker choice and placement 
• Cables and brackets 

Post-sales

‘Vividstorm ALR Electric Tensioned Floor Screens’ come with a two-year warranty on the screen. In the event of a fault occurring we would in the first instance request that you take a video of the fault on your smart phone and email it to us. 
 
If you are unable to provide video evidence of the fault then please email a description to us. We will then provide guidance as to how to rectify the fault to you by email.
 
In the event that the fault cannot be rectified by email then:
 
1. The unit will be replaced free of charge if the fault occurs within the first 30 days of receipt of the unit.
 
2. The unit will be collected, repaired and returned to the customer. 
 
It is recommended that the customer retains the protective packaging during the warranty period. If the customer has disposed of the protective packaging then we will send spare replacement packaging to the customer for a small fee.

Service delivery 

The ‘Vividstorm Electric Screens’ are shipped in bulky protective packaging. They can weigh up to 33Kg and can be as long as 3m. 
 
Our selected courier company is normally DHL who will deliver with 2 days to most destinations within the EU. The truck will have a tail lift and the driver will take the screen to your door. If you require special assistance getting the product in to your house, then you can ask the driver to assist.
