1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All European Mainland Countries


If you’re located outside our standard shipping regions, please contact us to check if we can fulfil your order.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if a significant delay occurs.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Screens and Projectors are shipped by DHL normally within 2-14 days of order.



Cabinets are shipped by container over sea and then onwards by truck direct from China within 8-12 weeks of receipt of order.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Free standard shipping is available on domestic orders over [e.g., $100].

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier information.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once the shipment reaches your country.
  • An International order within the European Union would be for example Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
  • If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately after placing your order.

9. Pre-Orders and Backorders

  • If an item is on pre-order or backorder, the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page.
  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be split into multiple shipments (at no extra cost).
